eZazenf

eZazenf is a way of training your mind with a view to attaining a state of enlightenment. It was first introduced to Japan by Dogen (1200-1253), the founder of the Soto sect of Zen Buddhism.
Zazen requires you to sit with legs crossed, to relax the mind, and to empty your mind of all ideas and thoughts. The three essential points of Zazen are sitting straight, putting force just below the navel, and regulating respiration. You will be advised to have the conviction that you yourself are a Buddha, and to prove it by Zazen.
