Today's breakfast was dal curry and string hopper, a kind of noodle.
They showed us their kitchen. And explained how to make string hoppers.
Add water into rice flour and knead them(left). Using a hand-pasta-maker-like machine, the dough is stretched into a noodle shape (middle). Then the noodles are put on colanders and steamed (right).
